̽»¨ºÏ¼¯ is seeking a Product Specialist for a field-based role in South Wales. This position focuses on providing implementation, installation, and reactive support for diagnostic laboratory systems, including chemistry and immunoassay analyzers, with potential involvement in molecular and tissue diagnostics. The role requires frequent regional travel, occasional overnight stays, and the flexibility to travel across the UK as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and install diagnostic laboratory systems.
• Train laboratory scientists on system usage and functionality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Optimize workflows and conduct analytical reviews.
• Perform product maintenance and software updates.
• Support tender responses, product demonstrations, and third-party consultations.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Background in biomedical or laboratory settings (e.g., biomedical scientist or application support).
• Proven experience troubleshooting and supporting pathology lab systems.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work under pressure.
• Valid UK driving license and passport.
• Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally across the UK, with overnight stays.
