Grants Manager A/B - Contract - Pennsylvania, PA

Are you an experienced Grants Manager who thrives on ensuring compliance, accuracy, and impact across complex federal grant portfolios?

̽��ϼ� is seeking a Grants Manager to oversee and manage grant portfolios, focusing on both pre-award and post-award processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with federal grants, including NIH, and contribute to annual budget submissions.

Skills & Requirements:

Experience with NIH or federal grants.
Proficiency in managing pre-award and post-award processes.
Strong understanding of grant portfolio budgeting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under deadlines.
Flexibility to work in a hybrid schedule, with initial onsite training.

The Grants Manager's responsibilities will be:

Manage pre-award and post-award grant processes.
Oversee annual budget submissions for grant portfolios.
Collaborate with Principal Investigators (PIs) to ensure grant compliance and alignment with project goals.
Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
Ensure timely submission of grant-related documentation.
Provide training and support during onboarding and departmental transitions
