探花合集 is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives for a licensing-focused business. This role involves end-to-end campaign planning, activation, optimization, and performance delivery in collaboration with commercial and scientific teams. You will play a key role in driving digital strategy, managing campaigns, and ensuring impactful execution across various channels.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned to business objectives and priorities.
- Convert value propositions into compelling digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Continually optimize digital initiatives using performance insights and stakeholder input.
- Apply competitive insights and AI-driven tools to improve content quality, measure performance, and boost engagement.
- Design and run integrated campaigns supporting lead generation, nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, from briefing and asset creation through to launch and reporting.
- Partner with CRM and marketing operations teams to ensure effective lead management and accurate reporting.
- Own email marketing programs, including segmentation, automation, testing, and ongoing optimization.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring spend is aligned with pipeline contribution and commercial outcomes.
- Support events and webinars with coordinated promotion across social, email, and other digital channels.
- Create, adapt, and repurpose digital assets such as landing pages, videos, and infographics.
- Maintain and enhance website content to improve visibility, accessibility, and conversion performance.
- Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Use data and emerging technologies to strengthen targeting, personalization, and ROI.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and cohesive campaign storytelling.
- Deliver performance insights, strategic recommendations, and risk assessments to senior stakeholders.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field within marketing or life sciences.
- Proficiency in digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and web analytics.
- Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, or equivalent tools.
- Background in life sciences, biopharma, biotech, or CDMO/CRO environments.
- Working knowledge of advanced analytics tools and emerging marketing technologies. Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to quality and timelines.
- Experience in B2B or technical environments, with the ability to communicate complex topics effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress) and web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Tableau).
- Knowledge of compliance practices (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) in B2B marketing.
- Experience collaborating with external agencies and managing long sales cycle products is a plus.
