Digital Operations Specialist - Cambridge, MA - Contract

̽��ϼ� is on the lookout for a dynamic Digital Operations Specialist for a leading MSP. This is a contract position located in Cambridge, MA.

Primary Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving data-driven digital initiatives, with a focus on enhancing patient education and acquisition. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of our operations.

Skills & Requirements:

Proficiency in executing digital operations, including targeting, test design, marketing automation, and analysis.
Exceptional team player with strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM database functions and Marketing Automation tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

The Digital Operations Specialist will:

Execute digital operations, including project management and optimization of vendor partnerships.
Oversee daily marketing activities to enhance digital operations, which may include operations management, meetings, and digital reviews.
Lead digital initiatives from development through launch and ongoing maintenance, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
