Primary Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving data-driven digital initiatives, with a focus on enhancing patient education and acquisition. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of our operations.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in executing digital operations, including targeting, test design, marketing automation, and analysis.
- Exceptional team player with strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM database functions and Marketing Automation tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
The Digital Operations Specialist will:
- Execute digital operations, including project management and optimization of vendor partnerships.
- Oversee daily marketing activities to enhance digital operations, which may include operations management, meetings, and digital reviews.
- Lead digital initiatives from development through launch and ongoing maintenance, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
