̽»¨ºÏ¼¯ is seeking a Construction Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects, with a focus on Civil-Structural and Architectural (CSA) engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for managing construction sites, ensuring safety compliance, monitoring project costs, schedules, and quality, and supporting smaller investment and maintenance projects. This position requires a proactive and solutions-driven individual who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage construction sites and oversee operations during the construction and installation phases.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards by implementing and monitoring EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) management systems.
• Coordinate with contractors to review and approve work method statements and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Support procurement processes by incorporating construction site safety requirements into contracts.
• Monitor project progress, including costs, schedules, and quality, ensuring alignment with plans and specifications.
• Organize building inspections upon project completion and oversee the resolution of any defects.
• Design and execute smaller investment or maintenance projects as a CSA subject matter expert.
• Prepare tender documents, manage submissions, and collaborate with procurement for contract awards.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of CSA standard documents, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Proficient in German (C1 level); English proficiency (B1 level) preferred.
