探花合集 is seeking an Area Lead - Automation - DeltaV for a project-based role in Chicago. This position focuses on the commissioning phase of a long-term project and involves leading the control system solution for a specific area, ensuring alignment with program automation standards and user requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the project on schedule and within budget.
Skills & Requirements:
- Background in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience in automation within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in API-bulk manufacturing.
- Expertise in large pharmaceutical automation projects/programs.
- Proficiency in DeltaV Batch DCS; experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs is a plus.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of GMPs, regulatory requirements, and computer system validation principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
The Area Lead responsibilities will be:
- Take technical ownership of the automation solution for a designated project area.
- Define the S88 software structure and associated lists for the area.
- Develop and refine functional design specifications in collaboration with system integrators.
- Participate in P&ID and control strategy reviews.
- Work closely with the Project Technical Lead and System Integrator to ensure successful project delivery.
- Align automation solutions with overall program automation philosophy and standards.
- Ensure consistency in automation deliverables, including requirements, functional specifications, control strategies, phases, and recipes.
- Assist in defining and modifying software components as needed.
- Communicate progress, issues, and needs to the Automation Technical Lead.
- Provide input, review, and approve functional requirements and specifications.
- Develop parameter and recipe specification documents.
- Address technical queries from system integrators and track issues post-software acceptance.
- Identify and analyze technical risks and plan appropriate responses.
- Maintain compliance with training requirements.
Compensation:
- $100 - $135 Per Hour
