探花合集 is seeking a DeltaV Automation Engineer to develop and implement automation solutions within pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments. This role focuses on designing, validating, and optimizing batch processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automation systems and support lifecycle management of these systems.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement DeltaV automation solutions, including hardware configuration, control modules, and graphics.
  • Design and validate batch recipes in alignment with ISA-88 standards and GMP requirements.
  • Support lifecycle management of batch processes, including optimization, troubleshooting, and change control.
  • Lead commissioning activities such as Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and Installation Qualification-Operational Qualification (IQ-OQ) protocols for automation systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of automation solutions within scope.
  • Ensure all automation work complies with regulatory standards, including GMP and GAMP5, and is fully documented.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Emerson DeltaV systems in pharmaceutical or biotech settings.
  • Strong understanding of ISA-88 batch control principles.
  • Hands-on experience in commissioning and qualification of automation systems.
  • Familiarity with GMP, GAMP5, and pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple project timelines.
  • A degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Experience with MES integration or other control platforms is a plus.
