̽��ϼ� is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist II to join a dynamic team in the US. This position focuses on managing recruitment processes, collaborating with team members to develop sourcing strategies, and providing insights into industry trends.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a key part in attracting top talent and building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.

Skills & Requirements:

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Success Factors) to manage recruitment processes.
Strong ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Analytical mindset to track recruiting metrics and report on accomplishments.
Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics within the pharmaceutical or diabetes sector is a plus.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist II's responsibilities will be:

Attract and engage top talent to meet organizational hiring needs.
Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Conduct pre-screening of candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
Partner with team members to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
Manage open job requisitions and update the Success Factors Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Track and achieve recruiting metrics while reporting key accomplishments.
Compile and share knowledge on industry overviews, market trends, and best practices with team members and business leaders.
