Supply Chain Project Support - Contract - Fort Worth, TX
Be at the center of a major Oracle Cloud integration, driving execution across end鈥憈o鈥慹nd supply chain processes.
探花合集 is seeking a Supply Chain Project Support professional to contribute to a critical Oracle Cloud integration program.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will focus on supporting the transformation of supply chain processes, including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Customer Master Data (MDM), logistics, planning, and customer service integration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution, documentation, and alignment of project activities.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Operations, or a related field.
- Experience in supply chain operations or project coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain execution discipline.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud, SAP) and customer service platforms (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud) is preferred.
- Exposure to process mapping, change management, or transformation initiatives is a plus.
- Understanding of supply chain functions such as O2C, logistics, planning, and customer service is advantageous.
The Supply Chain Project Support's responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate and support the execution of supply chain workstream activities within the Oracle Cloud integration program.
- Organize cross-functional workshops involving Supply Chain, Commercial, IT, Finance, Quality, and Customer Service teams.
- Track deliverables, milestones, and action items specific to supply chain workstreams.
- Maintain alignment and follow-through on decisions and dependencies across functions.
- Develop and maintain key project artifacts, including process maps, business requirements documents (BRDs), decision logs, and action trackers.
- Assist in creating standardized workflows and ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and training documentation.
- Support the development of training materials, coordinate training sessions, and facilitate change readiness activities.
- Assist in integration activities for systems such as Oracle Cloud ERP, Salesforce Service Cloud, Informatica (MDM), and Anaplan.
- Coordinate testing, track issues, and follow up on resolutions.
- Provide backfill support for critical supply chain activities to ensure operational continuity during the transformation program.
