̽��ϼ� is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join a dynamic team in the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless supply of products to patients by managing and coordinating supply chain activities. You will act as a vital link between commercial, regulatory, and manufacturing partners to maintain efficiency and mitigate supply disruptions.

Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate the replenishment of finished goods to distribution centers and third-party partners, serving as the main contact for distributors.
Monitor stock levels to minimize waste due to expiration and initiate redistribution when necessary.
Manage supplier relationships with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) to foster strong partnerships.
Organize and monitor shipments, including customs documentation, and collaborate with Quality Personnel (QP) for product release.
Conduct multi-site, multi-market, and multi-level planning to align supply from CMOs with market demand.
Analyze market forecasts and address deviations in sales and demand projections.
Collaborate with commercial teams to define annual quantities and provide rolling forecasts to suppliers.
Ensure all quality documents are collected and cross-checked for goods receipt, and accurately post goods receipts in SAP, including batch numbers, expiry dates, and manufacturing details.
Maintain accuracy and compliance in all supply chain activities within SAP.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry, particularly in forecasting, planning, and inventory management.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate effectively.
Commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in GDP and GMP standards.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Agile thinker with the ability to adapt to fast-paced changes.
Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and high ethical standards.
Proficiency in SAP ByDesign and MS Office is advantageous.
