̽��ϼ� is seeking a Sr. Recruiter to join a dynamic team in Boston, MA. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing and pipeline development, ensuring seamless candidate experience and high-quality hires.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent across scientific, technical, and business disciplines.

Skills & Requirements:

Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle effectively.
Strong collaboration skills to partner with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Experience handling multiple searches simultaneously without compromising quality.
Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

The Sr Recruiter's responsibilities will be:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake meetings to offer acceptance.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define search strategies, success profiles, interview plans, and timelines.
Oversee multiple concurrent searches across various disciplines while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and hiring quality.
Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines for scientific, engineering, and business roles based on clear search briefs.
Identify and engage passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and other sourcing platforms.
