探花合集 is seeking a Senior Medical Affairs Specialist to join a dynamic team focused on global medical communications within the diabetes and medical devices sector. This role involves leveraging clinical expertise to support the communication of scientific data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions for diabetes care. Fluency in German and English is essential for this position.

This opportunity is available in both Munich and Frankfurt.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver medical responses to healthcare providers' inquiries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and customs.
  • Review global clinical promotional materials for medical and scientific accuracy, adhering to regional regulations and industry guidelines.
  • Strategize and inform evidence generation plans to support innovation, regulatory requirements, and product claims.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to implement data management systems that meet compliance standards.
  • Create and execute data dissemination plans to communicate the clinical value of products to diverse audiences, including healthcare providers, patients, investors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Analyze evidence related to diabetes therapies and technologies to guide product development and strategies.
  • Collaborate with Clinical and Regulatory Affairs teams on clinical summaries for global regulatory submissions.
  • Develop clinical quality standards and ensure alignment with global practices.
  • Plan and execute activities for scientific conferences, including presentations and medical information booths.
  • Provide mentorship to Medical Affairs interns.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High ethical standards and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in interpreting clinical evidence and communicating key points to diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of global Medical Affairs best practices and compliance guidelines.
  • Expertise in diabetes and diabetes technologies, such as insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
  • Familiarity with relevant software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Products, and Medical Communication tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is required; advanced degrees or certifications in diabetes education are preferred.
  • Experience in clinical, industry, or research settings, particularly in the pharmaceutical or medical device sectors, is advantageous.
