探花合集 is seeking a Solution Architect and Full Stack Software Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade applications supporting lab, clinical, and regulatory operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role combines solution architecture with full-stack development, focusing on modern AI-assisted workflows and compliance with industry standards such as 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, GDPR, and HIPAA. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions that accelerate drug development and streamline operations.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Bioinformatics, or related field.
- Proficiency in AI-assisted development, including experience with LLMs like Claude Claw.
- Expertise in React for front-end development and Node.js for back-end services.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Power BI, and Power Apps.
- Experience with SharePoint workflows and document management solutions.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for Agile development and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to design and configure RESTful APIs for seamless integration.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance standards such as GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and GDPR.
- Background in clinical, lab operations, or drug development workflows.
The Solutions Architect's responsibilities will be:
- Design and implement end-to-end software solutions tailored to biopharma business processes.
- Develop scalable front-end applications using React and back-end services with Node.js.
- Architect data models, integrations, and business logic within Microsoft Dataverse.
- Create interactive reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI.
- Build and govern low-code/no-code applications in Power Apps for various teams.
- Define technical standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across the software lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including scientists, IT, and business teams.
- Integrate emerging AI technologies to enhance development velocity and solution quality.
- Ensure solutions meet regulatory compliance standards such as GxP and 21 CFR Part 11.
- Develop robust server logic and RESTful APIs for secure data exchange and compliance.
- Configure Power Apps solutions to automate clinical, regulatory, and quality processes.
- Maintain Power BI dashboards for actionable insights across functions.
- Support SharePoint development for workflows and document management.
- Write clean, testable code and contribute to shared component libraries.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure software validation and compliance.
- Participate in Agile development processes using Azure DevOps.
- Author and maintain design specifications, user guides, and validation documentation.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
- Provide ongoing technical support for production applications.
