探花合集 is seeking a Senior Specialist - Technical Equipment (EMEA) to provide technical leadership and equipment expertise across multiple pharmaceutical and nutrition manufacturing sites in the EMEA region. This role focuses on process and packaging equipment, automation systems, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle management. You will act as a key technical liaison between site engineering teams and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), driving performance improvements, modernization, and the adoption of advanced technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain standardized equipment blueprints for manufacturing sites, covering process equipment, packaging systems, utilities, and automation layers.
  • Map equipment hierarchies, including capacities, design parameters, and criticality rankings, while maintaining a centralized knowledge repository.
  • Serve as the primary technical representative between site teams and OEMs, facilitating discussions on equipment design, performance, and upgrades.
  • Analyze equipment performance to identify bottlenecks, reliability issues, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and technical investigations for equipment-related deviations.
  • Assess and introduce advanced technologies to enhance automation, process control, and equipment performance.
  • Develop multi-year equipment lifecycle plans, addressing obsolescence risks and aligning with production forecasts.
  • Contribute to site expansions, equipment upgrades, and major capital projects by providing technical expertise and evaluations.
  • Establish and maintain structured relationships with OEMs to improve collaboration, service levels, and long-term planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align equipment decisions with business and compliance priorities.

Key Skills and Requirements:


  • Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Industrial, or Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Strong technical engineering experience in pharmaceutical, API, or nutrition manufacturing environments.
  • In-depth understanding of process, packaging, and utility equipment in regulated life-science production.
  • Experience engaging with OEMs on equipment design, performance, and lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with automation systems, equipment qualification, cGMP, and GAMP 5 principles.
  • Proficiency in interpreting P&IDs, equipment drawings, and process flow schematics.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate equipment performance data and recommend improvements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
