探花合集 is partnering with a leading national healthcare organisation responsible for evaluating medicines and medical devices to support evidence-based funding decisions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Health Economist or Senior Health Economist to join a collaborative, high-performing team where your work will directly influence patient access to healthcare technologies at a national level.
You'll work across a broad range of therapeutic areas, applying health economic modelling, evidence synthesis and Health Technology Assessment (HTA) to inform complex reimbursement and funding decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Health Technology Assessments (HTAs) for medicines and medical devices.
- Develop and critically review Cost-Utility Analyses (CUAs) and Budget Impact Analyses (BIAs).
- Build and adapt health economic models using Excel and TreeAge.
- Evaluate and synthesise clinical, epidemiological and economic evidence.
- Present technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clinicians, statisticians, medical writers and other multidisciplinary colleagues.
- Peer review health economic analyses to ensure methodological quality and consistency.
- Support continuous improvement of health economic assessment processes.
- Contribute to policy discussions relating to healthcare funding and reimbursement.
About You:
We're interested in speaking with candidates who have experience in one or more of the following:
- Health Economics, HEOR or Health Technology Assessment.
- Building health economic models, particularly Cost-Utility Analyses (CUAs).
- Budget Impact Analysis (BIA).
- Economic evaluation of medicines and/or medical devices.
- Critical appraisal of clinical and economic literature.
- Communicating complex technical information to a range of audiences.
- Working independently while collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
Applicants will typically hold a degree (or higher qualification) in Health Economics, Economics, Biostatistics or another quantitative discipline.
