Primary Responsibilities:
This role involves coordinating clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols, and collaborating with healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Experience in oncology and/or clinical research
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment
The RN Research Coordinator's responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate and manage oncology clinical trials
- Screen, consent, and enroll patients
- Monitor patient progress and ensure protocol compliance
- Collaborate with physicians, research teams, and study sponsors
- Maintain accurate clinical and regulatory documentation
Schedule & Flexibility
- Full-time, Monday-Friday (onsite)
- Flexibility required based on patient needs
- Potential for limited flexibility (e.g., hybrid day or alternative schedule) after 90 day orientation period
