̽»¨ºÏ¼¯ is seeking a Regional Medical Affairs Lead to provide strategic medical leadership across EU for an innovative portfolio of healthcare diagnostic solutions. This role offers the opportunity to shape regional medical strategies, support product launches, and contribute to lifecycle management in a dynamic international environment. You will collaborate across Medical Affairs, Clinical, Commercial, Market Access, and Regulatory functions to drive impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional medical affairs strategies for healthcare diagnostic solutions
- across EU.
- Provide expert medical input into product positioning, clinical evidence generation, market access, and go-to-market activities.
- Assess the infectious disease landscape to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
- Translate healthcare insights into strategic recommendations for regional and global leadership.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including infectious disease specialists, clinical microbiologists, laboratory directors, and public health authorities.
- Lead advisory boards, scientific exchanges, and clinical education programs.
- Represent the organization at scientific congresses, forums, and policy discussions.
- Deliver scientific training for internal teams and support the development of promotional and non-promotional medical materials.
- Lead regional evidence-generation initiatives, including investigator-initiated studies and real-world evidence programs.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and European regulations.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, or a related life science discipline (MD, PharmD, or PhD preferred).
- Strong expertise in infectious diseases and/or clinical microbiology.
- Experience in diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a related healthcare environment.
- Proven track record in Medical Affairs, with experience coordinating or leading activities across multiple countries or regions.
- Familiarity with the healthcare ecosystem in EU, including hospital and private laboratories as well as public health structures.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with senior KOLs, HCPs, and other scientific stakeholders.
- Knowledge of clinical evidence generation, real-world evidence, and clinical collaborations.
- Experience supporting product launches and lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of medical regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
Compensation:
- €100 000.00 - €120 000.00/Annum
