Lead global technical transfer projects that shape the future of cardiovascular and pharmaceutical innovation.

̽��ϼ� is seeking a Project Manager to support technical transfer activities within the cardiovascular and pharmaceutical space. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between global and local teams, ensuring seamless communication, effective execution, and timely delivery of project milestones. This position requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in managing complex, international projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional teams across multiple locations to drive project success.
Identify resource needs, align allocations with global and local sponsors, and ensure adequate support for project activities.
Provide clear visibility into short-, mid-, and long-term deliverables.
Develop detailed activity plans and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress.
Support the creation of integrated project schedules aligned with the endorsed execution strategy.
Track and document changes to the established technical transfer strategy, obtaining necessary endorsements for adjustments.
Schedule and organize hands-on activities at the receiving unit to ensure team readiness.
Facilitate regular project reviews and technical meetings with global and local teams.
Establish and maintain a project risk register, developing and tracking mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Quality, Product Operations, Supply Chain, and Network Strategy to minimize project impact.
Report project status, risks, and proposed mitigations to leadership teams.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
Expertise in managing large, international projects or programs.
Experience collaborating with external partners.
Fluent in English and French; Portuguese is a plus.
Strong technical transfer (TT) expertise, preferably in large molecules.
Proven ability to define and implement project execution strategies across Quality, Supply, Procurement, and Manufacturing within regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
Project management certification is preferred.
Self-directed, proactive, and results-driven with strong leadership skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to global environments.
Ability to resolve conflicts constructively and foster collaboration.
Open to travel, including to Brazil and the US.
