探花合集 is seeking a Pharmacist Provider Relations Representative to join a dynamic team within the compounding pharmacy space.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role bridges clinical expertise with strategic sales efforts, focusing on driving adoption, utilization, and growth of compounded therapies. You will engage directly with healthcare providers, leveraging your clinical knowledge to build relationships, educate prescribers, and expand the network. This position involves a mix of field campaigning, provider engagement, and conference participation, with a strong emphasis on achieving business growth objectives.
Skills & Requirements:
- Licensed pharmacist (PharmD or RPh) with clinical expertise.
- Experience in compounding, clinical consulting, or prescriber education.
- Proven background in provider relations, business development, or sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Knowledge of compounding pharmacy regulations and compliance standards (preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM and data analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Power BI).
- Ability to travel up to 60% within the territory for provider visits and events.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities.
- Strong organizational and territory planning skills.
The Pharmacist Provider Relations Representative's responsibilities will be:
- Identify and target potential prescribers to expand the compounding pharmacy network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing providers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct face-to-face provider visits, presentations, and educational sessions.
- Develop and execute Territory Business Plans to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Attend conferences and trade shows to represent the organization and generate leads.
- Provide educational materials and training sessions to prescribers on therapeutic options and best practices.
- Serve as a trusted resource for providers on compounding pharmacy regulations and quality standards.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting financial targets and increasing market share.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and refine strategies.
- Document provider interactions using CRM tools for cross-team transparency.
- Offer pharmacist-led consultations on therapeutic options, dosing strategies, and patient-specific treatment plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored educational content and improve prescriber understanding.
Compensation:
- $90,000 to $100,000 per annum.
