Patient Recruitment Specialist II - Contract - Austin, Texas

̽��ϼ� is seeking a Patient Recruitment Specialist II for a contract role based in Austin, Texas. This position requires a proactive approach to managing recruitment activities and supporting the overall success of clinical trials.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a team to recruit participants for clinical studies, ensuring recruitment goals are met.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse populations.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Familiarity with clinical trial processes and participant recruitment is preferred.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and maintaining accurate documentation.

The Patient Recruitment Specialist II's responsibilities will be:

Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and engage potential study participants.
Execute recruitment strategies to meet study-specific enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and participant data.
Communicate effectively with study teams to ensure alignment on recruitment goals.
Provide support for recruitment-related tasks, including outreach and follow-up with potential participants.
Assist in refining recruitment processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
