̽»¨ºÏ¼¯ is seeking a dedicated Head of Production to oversee the manufacturing of pharmaceutical finished products. You will focus on ensuring timely, quality-compliant production while adhering to industry standards and regulations. This role requires strategic planning and collaboration to optimize processes and implement necessary investments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a production area within the Operations division.
• Ensure production meets company standards, legal requirements, and cGMP regulations.
• Plan and execute investment measures to enhance pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Develop strategies to optimize production and quality processes.
• Collaborate with the Technical department for continuous improvement.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Pharmacy.
• Experience in pharmaceutical production, preferably with parenteral products.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to work with regulatory authorities like the FDA.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
