探花合集 is seeking an Engineering Data Support professional to join a dynamic team in Switzerland. In this role, you will provide first-level support for SAP-PM users, manage master data processes, and ensure smooth operations within the SAP-PM module. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, contributing to high-quality data management and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for operational SAP-PM data support, assisting approximately 800 users.
- Manage the creation, modification, and approval of SAP-PM master data with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Advise requesters and coordinate Master Data Management (MDM) requests.
- Review and process MDM applications in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Input, verify, and approve data changes (individual or bulk) in SAP, ensuring proper documentation.
- Provide data and information to facilitate seamless MDM processes.
- Oversee the SAP-PM Master Data Life Cycle process across relevant systems.
- Handle first-level support for SAP-PM users, ensuring efficient process and transaction operations.
- Manage support and MDM requests, escalating issues when necessary.
- Ensure the proper execution of SAP-PM order processes and associated documentation.
- Create and manage both physical and digital order documents.
- Generate data extracts, perform analyses, and prepare reports.
- Participate in projects, working groups, and meetings, providing expertise and completing assigned tasks.
- Support Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with projects, incidents, and service requests.
- Foster open communication with colleagues, supervisors, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and high-quality outcomes.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Technical or commercial qualification, or equivalent educational background.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability in work.
- Proficiency in German (native level) and good command of English.
- High level of IT proficiency, including experience with business applications such as Office, ITSM, and DMS.
- Extensive experience with SAP EAM in a master data environment.
- Proven ability to create evaluations, analyze data, and contribute to projects.
