Contingent Workforce Project Manager - Contract - Tarrytown, NY

̽��ϼ� is seeking a Contingent Workforce Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations for a large-scale contingent workforce program.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role involves collaborating with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure service delivery meets program standards, analyzing performance metrics, and driving operational excellence.

Skills & Requirements:

Experience managing large-scale contingent workforce programs.
Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems such as Beeline, IQN, WAND, Fieldglass, or similar platforms.
Strong operational management and team leadership skills.
Knowledge of employment regulations, including FLSA, EEOC, ADA, and related laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

The Contingent Workforce Project Manager's responsibilities will be:

Manage daily contingent workforce operations, ensuring alignment with established program standards.
Collaborate with MSP partners to monitor service delivery performance and adherence to workflows.
Conduct reviews of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Perform operational audits and lead remediation plans in partnership with MSPs.

Compensation:

$70 to $75 per hour.
