̽»¨ºÏ¼¯ is seeking a Clinical Integration Specialist to support medical service and sales teams, business partners, and clients in integrating medical devices into IT infrastructures. This role involves demonstrating solutions, consulting with clients, and managing project planning and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Install software and products at customer sites, perform repairs, maintenance, and provide training.
• Deliver technical training for customers, distributors, and team members.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and minimize unit downtime.
• Support sales teams with pre-sale connectivity inquiries.
• Present and offer connectivity solutions and service contract concepts.
• Manage connectivity projects from quotation to implementation and handover.
• Provide necessary data and documentation for problem-solving and communication.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Assist product specialists by identifying issues within product lines.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient data and ensure compliance with GDPR.
• Document inquiries and report accurately and timely.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• University degree or college diploma in a related field.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP Networking, Windows OS, MSSQL, and programming languages like Java or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of HL7 and DICOM interface technology.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
