̽��ϼ� is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to provide strategic medical and safety oversight for clinical development activities. This role involves guiding clinical and scientific matters, ensuring the safety and efficacy of development programs, and representing the organization in key external engagements. You will play a pivotal role in shaping clinical strategies, overseeing risk-benefit profiles, and contributing to corporate and regulatory operations.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team, fostering open communication and professional development.
Oversee global safety and efficacy for clinical development activities.
Develop risk-benefit profiles and maintain decision trees for research and development.
Provide medical oversight for clinical development, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory activities.
Represent the organization as a medical expert in regulatory meetings, events, and communications.
Support business development through strategic planning and preparation of diligence materials.
Guide the creation of clinical documents such as protocols, study reports, and regulatory dossiers.
Stay informed on medical and pharmaceutical trends to align with strategic goals.
Present clinical development updates to the executive leadership team and board.
Manage budgets, contracts, and service delivery within the clinical function.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Medical qualification with clinical practice experience.
Expertise in pharmaceutical research and ability to critically appraise medical concepts.
Experience in clinical trial safety oversight and pharmacovigilance.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills in a global operating environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
