̽���ϼ� is seeking a dedicated HR Compliance Specialist. This role focuses on reviewing and ensuring the compliance of multi-faceted background reports in accordance with State/Federal regulations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining daily logs of background reports for new hires and escalating any issues or queries to the background check specialist.

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate multi-faceted background reports to ensure compliance with processes and regulations.

- Work alongside the background check provider to address issues or delays.

- Maintain and update daily logs of background reports for new hires.

- Raise any background issues and queries to the background check specialist for further investigation.

Key Skills and Requirements:

- A Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in HR experience.

- Previous HR related experience where you had a focus on employee relations or background administration.

- it is beneficial to have previous experience with applicant tracking systems.

- Strong attention to detail.
