探花合集 is seeking an Associate Scientist specializing in Embryology to join a dynamic team in the US. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will focus on advanced embryology techniques, genetic modifications, and assisted reproductive technologies to support research in rare diseases.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Embryology, or a related field.
  • Strong background in embryology, reproductive biology, and transgenic biology.
  • Experience with assisted reproductive technologies and gene editing technologies is highly desirable.
  • Enthusiasm for solving complex problems and collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Preferred experience in generating genetically modified animal models.

The Associate Scientist's responsibilities will be:

  • Prepare staged embryos or gametes for manipulation and introduce genetic modifications using appropriate methods.
  • Transfer manipulated or IVF-derived embryos into recipient females.
  • Support cohort generation and preservation through assisted reproductive technologies.
  • Stay updated on advancements in transgenic and reproductive technologies, applying new knowledge to improve processes.
  • Independently execute complex experimental designs and critically evaluate methods and protocols.
  • Apply independent judgment to make quality decisions of moderate complexity.
  • Actively engage in discussions to understand the context and interpretation of work.
  • Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses.
  • Make detailed observations, analyze data, and interpret results.
  • Collaborate with project teams on experiment design, execution, and interpretation.
  • Represent the embryology group in internal meetings and provide data updates as needed.
