探花合集 is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Financial Reporting & Accounting to join a leading organisation. This position plays a key role in overseeing financial reporting activities, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, and supporting business-critical accounting operations. The role also serves as a subject matter expert on technical accounting matters and contributes to process improvement initiatives across the finance function.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will focus on overseeing financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards, and delivering accurate and timely financial documentation.

- Strong expertise in IFRS and financial reporting processes.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver high-quality financial documentation within strict deadlines.
- Experience in revenue recognition and technical accounting research.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
The Associate Director's responsibilities will be:
- Manage the execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes in alignment with IFRS and internal accounting guidelines.
- Ensure all activities are completed within the timelines outlined in the accounting calendar and close schedule.
- Deliver accurate financial reporting for U.S. entities, including comprehensive documentation for month-end close reporting packages, balance sheet reconciliations, and manual journal entries.
- Act as the technical accounting lead for revenue recognition, applying IFRS guidance and preparing detailed accounting memos as needed.
- Conduct technical accounting research on various topics and ensure alignment with corporate policies and standards.
